Return & Refund Policy
At Olajoy, we want you to love every piece of our yoga apparel as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple, customer-friendly return and refund policy.
This policy applies to all orders placed on olajoy.me. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following requirements:
- Return Window: You must initiate the return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Categories: Most yoga apparel and accessories are eligible, with the following exceptions:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized/Custom Products: Custom-printed or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Hygiene Products: Socks, underwear, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start your return:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@olajoy.me with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the Item: Package the product securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and send it to the address provided by our team.
- Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size, color, or style of the same product, subject to availability:
- How to Exchange: Follow the same steps as a return request, and specify that you would like to exchange the item instead of receiving a refund.
- Exchange Shipping: Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you at no extra cost (within the same country). If the new item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Report Within 7 Days: Contact us immediately at support@olajoy.me with photos of the damaged/incorrect product and your order number.
- Resolution Options: We will either send you a replacement item at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Note: Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or customer negligence are not considered defective.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or PayPal, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
- If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@olajoy.me, and we will investigate the issue.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Personal care items that have been opened
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
8. International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees associated with returning the item.
- Refunds do not include any original shipping or customs fees paid at the time of purchase.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
